Japan made P4 precision spindle ball bearings are adopted for easy maintenance.
Longitudinal and cross turcite-coated guide ways guarantee flexible operation.
Longitudinal travel of the working table use hydraulic or manual driving, one guide way is V, the other one is flat way.
Cross travel use electromotion or manual motion driving, the guide way is V.
Logical controller that use propramme controller combined with transducer to realize the machine auto feed, stepless and lubricate system offer oil periodicity.
Auto feed realizing export contactless can be fit to feed and change direction frequently, when manufacturing smallwe workpiece with high dependility.
Magnetizing and demagnetization controller relizing export contactless can be fit to magnetizing and diamagnetic frequently, the time of demagnetization is short, avoid pulling and transfiguration of the elemagnetism chuck workpiece.
