Features
Modular design concept is used in CJK6430, AND ck6430 CNC lathe. The advanced and reliable computerized numeral control system from home and aborad and LCD screen are adopted for the series lathes to realize Chinese English prompt full-screen editing.
The spindle is supported by high-accuracy rolling bearing, The frequency governor imported from abroad is used for the main drive system to realize stepless speed regulation and constant linear cutting functions. The bed guideway is supersonic frequency hardened, plastic-coated guideways are used for the carriage. And stepping motor of AC servo motor and used for X and Z axis feed by means of the ball screws.
More than 20 modular function accessories are optional for customersselection, such as the high-precision static pressure spindle box, hydraulic and pneumatic chuck, quick clamping device for pneumatic and manual collet chuck, collet chucks of various size, front or back, left or right tool post for external cutting, tool post for boring, as well as coolant tank, etc.
